Supporting the young person with their anger issues by finding new ways to deal with emotions.

Non violent resistance courses

This course runs for 9 weeks and is very useful for managing violent and destructive behaviours towards the young person themselves or the parents and carers they live with. This can be delivered to parents in the home or in a workshop. Please contact for more details.

Working with children and young people to help them feel safe, exploring feelings and emotions. Recognising the early warning signs to anger and stress and what to do next? Following the themes “We all have the right to feel safe all the time” and “We can talk with someone about anything, even if it feels awful or small”.
